Return policy

Cancellations & Refunds: 

We do hope you will like your order, but we understand that you might change your mind and we will cancel your order only if it has not been dispatched.

We have a 14-day cooling off period and full refund, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.  

We regret we cannot cancel any order that has been dispatched. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused and in original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. However certain goods are exempt from this cooling off period - for example any personal items like pillows, cushions, mattresses etc. which have been removed from their sealed packaging. Such items are non-returnable. Unfortunately, Made to order items, Gifts cards and Sales items are non-returnable.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@betheldays.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted


Damages: 

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@betheldays.com within 24hrs of your delivery so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards or Made to order items.
